This winter in the Rockies, professional and amateur athletes converge on the mountain and villages of Vail for a celebration of adventure sport, music, and the great outdoors. The first annual Winter Teva Mountain Games presented by Eddie Bauer features competitions in mixed/ice climbing, X-Country, Big Air, and dual slalom biking, Nordic and telemark skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoe racing and ascension with $60,000 in prize money on the line. The inaugural winter festival in Vail comes to life with free concerts, films, photo comp, an interactive expo area, demo events and of course – dogs.
